Dean Craine is registered patent attorney licensed in the State of Washington, who emphasizes intellectual property law.  His practice includes the filing and prosecution of patents and trademarks applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the registration of copyrights with the U.S. Copyright Office. Mr. Craine’s practice also includes the preparation of infringement opinions letters , licensing agreements, assignments, joint development agreements, co-inventorship agreements, distributorship agreements,  and marketing agreements, to name a few.  Mr. Craine’s practice also includes advising and assisting clients in identifying and creating value for their innovations and possibly assisting them to  ‘design around’ existing patents so that they may offer competing products or services.
